Supermodel and Reality TV star Kendall Jenner, 25, has opened up about her mental health issues, saying that she struggled with anxiety and panic attacks. She described the panic attacks as heart palpitation and difficulty in breathing. She went to many doctors confirming that she is physically fit and took some time to come to the diagnosis of anxiety. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, reports of anxiety tripled at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, fuelling mental health issues.
